Phoenix Employment Law Attorney

Phoenix Non-Compete and Trade Secrets Attorney

Phoenix Non-Compete Lawyers

When an individual takes a new position, his or her employer may require the signing of a non-compete agreement or other restrictive covenant. Many employers require these types of agreements in order to protect their own interests with regard to trade secrets, intellectual property or other considerations. When an employee leaves the company, these restrictive covenants and non-competes often lead to disputes over the rights of the parties.

If you are involved in a conflict over a non-compete or restrictive covenant, an experienced employment law attorney who knows the law will protect your interests and rights. At The Law Firm of Cameron Hall & Associates, we provide effective, aggressive representation to businesses and individuals involved in restrictive covenant law matters, including non-compete agreements, non-solicitation agreements and trade secret protection. Our firm has first-hand knowledge of our adversaries’ strategies and tactics — and can use that to defeat them.

Experience in All Types of Non-Compete Cases

We represent clients on both sides of non-compete law issues. We work with employees who are trying to get out from under one, employers who need to enforce one and employers trying to hire a person bound by one. No matter which category you fit into, we will use our experience and knowledge to zealously fight for you.

We work closely with our clients to fully understand the nature of the dispute. We examine the terms of the agreement and build a compelling case in order to zealously represent you and obtain a positive outcome. In many cases, the wording of the agreement is the key to the solution. We are skilled and experienced in the interpretation of legal contracts and aggressively work to enforce them in our client’s favor

However, we do not take any cases on a pure contingency fee.
