Aggressive Employment Discrimination Representation

State and federal law strictly prohibits illegal discrimination against any worker. Unfortunately, cases of discrimination still exist despite employee protections. Discrimination is a complex legal issue that can be very difficult to litigate. Having an aggressive and experienced employment law attorney battling on your behalf is the best way to protect your rights.

At The Law Firm of Cameron Hall & Associates, based in Phoenix, Arizona, we aggressively represent both business owners and employees in these matters. We have vast knowledge of both sides of the issue, which allows us to create the most powerful case possible on your behalf. If you are a victim of discrimination, or your company has been accused of discriminatory practices, contact a Phoenix employment discrimination lawyer at our firm today.

In-Depth Experience in Discrimination Cases

Employment discrimination takes on many different, and sometimes subtle, forms. For example, being paid a different wage for doing the same work, being passed up for a promotion, or receiving unequal treatment on the basis of a protected category are all forms of discrimination. Wrongful termination may also be a discrimination case if someone was let go based on his or her age, ethnicity, disability or another protected class. We utilize every legal resource at our disposal to aggressively pursue a winning strategy on your behalf.

Our law firm handles all types of employment discrimination claims:

  • Ethnicity, national origin and race discrimination: including harassing comments and the failure to hire or promote due to national origin or race
  • Gender discrimination or sex discrimination: creating a hostile work environment because of someone’s sex or gender
  • Disability discrimination: failing to provide reasonable accommodation for someone with a disability
  • Age discrimination: discriminating against a person 40 years of age or older
  • Pregnancy discrimination: failing to hire or grant maternity leave to a pregnant woman, also may involve failing to reinstate a woman’s job after she comes back from maternity leave

Understanding the details of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), and other laws can make a difference in the success of your claim. Attorney Cameron Hall has a firm understanding of the laws that govern employment discrimination and how they affect both the employer and employee. We are able to effectively apply them to our clients’ cases
